Traditional Japanese festivals from across the country unite at Tokyo Station's Marunouchi Building!
Creative company NAKED, INC. brings to you a modern summer festival filled with food, games, dancing, and fun!

Creative production company NAKED, INC., known for its digital art productions at iconic locations such as Tokyo Tower and Shinjuku Gyoen National Park, will hold a modern Japanese festival this summer at Tokyo's Marunouchi Building! Highlights include an interactive digital art activity featuring traditional festivals from around Japan, digitalized festival games, a "bon odori" dance floor enlivened by the "BIG DARUMA" AI figurine, and stalls offering classic Japanese festival treats such as shaved ice, candied apples, draft beer, and more.

AI and dynamic projection mapping displays come together to bring to life a giant daruma figurine "AI BIG DARUMA" at the heart of the venue! Visitors can make conversations with the daruma, dance around it during the Bon Odori time, and at night, see it take over the stage as a DJ amping up the atmosphere!

Witness traditional dances from all over Japan performed right in front of you in this show! This installation features special collaborative designs of characters from director Mamoru Hosoda's animated film Summer Wars, in commemoration of the 15th year of its theatrical release.

MARUCUBE

On display on the ground floor "Marucube" of the Marunouchi Building is a giant daruma art piece created in collaboration with Imai Daruma NAYA of Takasaki City, Gunma, Japan's largest producer of daruma figurines. Additionally at night, witness digital fireworks projected across the windows of the Marunouchi Building.

    The show will be held every day throughout the event period.

    There will be no seats available. The activities in the collaborative project can be enjoyed for free.

Marunouchi Street Park

For a limited duration this summer, an urban riverbed will be laid out on the Marunouchi Naka-Dori street front of the Marunouchi Building. Cool off in the mists and enjoy the light* in this serene and relaxing installation perfect to combat the summer heat.
